3. Payment Terms

•Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest or additional fees as outlined in the agreement. Inno Marketing reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe.
•Refunds: Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Services that are partially completed at the time of termination will be billed proportionally.
4. Client Responsibilities
•Content: The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and any other materials required for the completion of the project. Delays in content delivery may result in project delays.
•Approval: The Client must review and approve all deliverables in a timely manner. Any changes or revisions requested after approval may incur additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property
•Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the final deliverables. Inno Marketing retains the right to display the work in portfolios or promotional materials.
•Licensing: The Client guarantees that any content provided to Inno Marketing for use in the project is either owned by the Client or properly licensed. The Client will indemnify Inno Marketing against any claims arising from intellectual property disputes.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business practices, technical data, and any other confidential material.
7. Termination
•Mutual Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period.
•Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Client will be responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Limitation of Liability
Inno Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.
9. Warranties
•Performance: Inno Marketing warrants that the services provided will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or that it will meet all of the Client’s requirements.
•Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the performance or reliability of third-party services, plugins, or software integrated into the website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Greece.
